We understand that things come up. Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer your appointment to another guest. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will incur a fee of 20% of the scheduled service price.
